Akuutsumi reserves the right to decline any commission if they so choose, even without granted reason.

Any artwork made by me used or posted by the commissioner must include credit to me (to a link to my BSKY/Twitch), whether it's in their panels, profiles, or on tweets (you can tag me, I like retweeting).

I own the right to post the commission on my portfolio, as well as advertising it on Twitter. (Privacy has added charges. TBD in DM's)

Payment must be made only through Paypal/Kofi, you must pay 50% of the price of the commission before I start sketching, the other half will be paid once the sketch is approved. Commission must be paid in Euros, so please make sure to transfer the correct amount.

Live2D Models may take over 1-2 months to finish depending on difficulty and details. Please check the waitlist before committing to commission me.

If you decide bigger changes than the agreed commission, then final price may vary.

Do NOT run Akuutsumi's art on AI website generators.

Do NOT re-sell any of my artwork even if you commissioned me. Doing so will result in legal actions.

Do NOT give/commission my artwork/model/.vrm file to another artist to commit changes to it, even if you commissioned it. Doing so will result in legal actions.

Do NOT trace any of my artworks and/or claim it as your own.

Payment must be made only through Paypal, I will issue an invoice to your e-mail.

A 50% fee must be paid when the commission is accepted. Upon completing the sketch, payment is expected in full. There is a possibility to accept a 30% fee during the sketch trial of a Live2D vTuber model but will delay the revisions.

Cancelling a commission after the sketch has been sent for approval, will have you lose the 50% fee that you sent before.

Sketches or concept art sketches must be paid in full after commission has been accepted.

Cancelling a commission after sending a sketch, and have that sketch sent to another artist to complete it, will result in legal action to both parties involved.

There is a payment option to 3 months or 6 months for the Live2D vTuber model commission, but the model will not be sent until full payment is done. This payment option does not allow for any sort of refund and an acknowledgement contract of these terms will be signed by both parties.

Vroid models must be paid in full upon accepting the commission.

Non-refundable after payment has been made, unless Akuutsumi cancels the commission or they haven't started yet.

Commercial use is included in the price of every commission.

Sketch phase: 3 changes and revisions are free of charge.

Line art stage: 2 changes and revisions are free of charge.

vRoid models: 3 changes and revisions are free of charge.

Once Akuu begins the rendering process, any changes will have an incurred fee TBD in DM's.

Please be as detailed and specific during revisions if anything needs to be changed.

Akuutsumi commits to communicate once the artwork has been accepted, to at least weekly, through Discord, preferrably.

Non-refundable after payment has been made and work has started, unless Akuutsumi cancels the commission, if you insist on filing a chargeback, without proper communication, not only will it not be successful but a curse will be placed upon you.

vRoid models may take two weeks to one month to completion.

Please understand that I have a life outside of commissions and sometimes I may have some delays due to unforeseen causes, but rest assured I will always keep you up to date!

Payment in full upfront will not make you skip the waiting list.

Commission will be delivered through a Google Drive link, through Discord or e-mail.

Privacy commission must be bought separately according to how long it must stay private (TBD in DM's).

If there is no disclosure on Privacy, I am at my own will to stream the rendering process of your artwork if I so wish to do it. Or in case one of the voices tells me to do it.

I am at my own will to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable making and I own the right to not give any disclosure on the reason.

Illustrations or sketches are priced per character, a second character or above will incur extra fees.

Live2D/VROID Models I sell on BOOTH website are public and free to use by anyone. You can change the color of the ArtMesh or even remove accessories if you so desire. However, please credit me as the creator of the public model you have purchased as I am their legal mama/papa. Claiming it as your own will just be pathetic and cause me to "boo" you and not be proud to call you my son/daughter/child. That's another parent you're disappointing.

Do NOT change anything on the commission, whether it's a .PSD file or .CMO3 or .VRM, or even an image file. Please consult me if you need any change, if it's not anything troublesome, there won't be any added fees.

I will draw all body types and skintones, but drawing skeletons makes me frightened.

I feel more comfortable drawing male models, so if you're looking for a male model, you might get accepted immediately.

All Live2D vTuber models will have a basic censored shirtless version, but details will be charged extra.

I'm not comfortable drawing graphic NSFW art but I'm okay with soft lewd.

The following commissions will not be accepted: Gore, Graphic/Hardcore NSFW, highly sensitive themes (specially if they are trigger inducing), offensive themes, racial profiling, and hurtful stereotypes.

I will do my best to attempt to draw Furry, but I can't do vRoid furry models.

I can't draw full body Mecha. I'm sorry but, sadly, I lack the proper skills to do it because Yoshiyuki Tomino bought that skill from me with his soul.

Live2D vTuber models are more expensive due to the amount of hours and extra details on each layer it has.

Price for Live2D models DOES NOT include the model rigging, you need to hire a rigger. Akuutsuki is currently training on Live2D Cubism skills to possibly open up a commission for Rigging, but we currently don't do it on our own.

vRoid models all come with custom content made by me, but content can also be accepted by BOOTH (as long as it's in their TOS). Wings/Tails/Accessories must be purchased separately since vRoid doesn't offer that possibility, please note that a fee will be charged for rigging the extra prop on Unity (check price charts for reference).

Communication will be done through Twitter/Discord/E-mail. Please do not discuss commission during my streaming hours.

If the artwork is public, I own the right to livestream the rendering process as I work on it.

Anyone who commissions a PNGTuber, Live2D or vRoid model will be granted their own unique yAkuuza art and be posted as a "little brother/kobun" on this website, this artwork cannot be commissioned separately.

On my Discord, there's a yAkuuza role but that is solely dedicated to custom commissioned models, and not public models bought on BOOTH/Ko-Fi. Sorry love~ (you're still my baby)
